Bohemian Hotel Celebration Welcomes Executive Chef Jacob Brenchley

Bohemian Hotel Celebration, part of The Kessler Collection, is proud to welcome Chef Jacob Brenchley as the new executive chef at the hotel’s Bohemian Bar and Grill. With a passion for artistic cuisine, Brenchley will leave restaurant guests in awe, serving classic dishes with worldwide flare.

Chef Brenchley brings more than 15 years of culinary expertise to Bohemian Bar and Grill. Brenchley has trained extensively with several accomplished chefs, while working and studying abroad to gain a world-class perspective on the highest levels of professionalism in his field. He served as the executive chef at a number of notable establishments, including Scholars Inn Gourmet Café and Wine Bar in Bloomington, Ind., as well as Scholars Inn Restaurant and Lounge in Indianapolis, Ind. Brenchley received a culinary arts degree while studying at Ecole des Beaux Artes in Annecy, France, and continued his education upon his return home to the United States at Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, Fla. His portfolio boasts a number of awards and accomplishments, including The Bloomington Chef’s Challenge’s “First Iron Chef” and “Best Young Chef of Indianapolis” by Nuvo Magazine. Brenchley has been recognized as a “progressive culinary professional” with a “unique blend of creative flair and passion for food” and has been featured in publications such as Food and Wine, Bloom, Sommelier Journal, Indianapolis Dine and Indianapolis Star.
